Our team brings together pastoral care, case management, community partnerships, and property operations , working together so that the people we serve never walk alone.

Pastor Lex Perry is the founder and Executive Director of C4 Impact Aiken. He provides visionary leadership, community partnerships, and organizational oversight for every dimension of the ministry. Lex is passionate about helping others discover and develop their God-given gifts and talents, and seeing them live out their purpose with confidence and clarity. Lex believes in building strong relationships with city officials, local law enforcement, civic leaders, and champions C4 Impact's mission throughout Aiken County.

Pastoral Counseling

Pastor Tracy Perry leads pastoral and soul care for everyone in the C4 Impact program. Her heart is to see people experience genuine freedom from emotional wounds, broken thought patterns, and generational cycles, and to walk fully secure in their identity in Christ. Tracy offers biblical counseling, inner healing, and spiritual formation for program participants ready to move beyond behavior change into the kind of transformation that starts from the inside out.

Case Management

April Tiller serves as C4 Impact's Case Manager, working directly with occupants to develop individualized goals, track progress, and connect individuals to the community resources they need. April ensures that every occupant has a clear Personal Action Plan and the support to work toward it - week by week, step by step.

Volunteer & Donor Liaison

Diane Lenz builds and nurtures C4 Impact's relationships with volunteers, donors, churches, and community supporters. She coordinates outreach efforts, supports fundraising campaigns, and ensures that the people who invest in C4 Impact, financially and personally, feel connected to the real impact their generosity is making. Diane is the bridge between the mission and the community that makes it possible.

Property Supervisor

Alex Cavanaugh oversees the physical housing units, shared spaces, and day-to-day property operations across all C4 Impact locations. From move-in inspections and maintenance coordination to housekeeping standards and occupancy compliance, Alex ensures that every unit is safe, clean, and maintained so that the people living there have the stable environment they need to focus on growth.
