A small team with a big calling, walking alongside Aiken County's most vulnerable neighbors every single day.
C4 Impact is led by people who believe that every person is made in the image of God and deserving of dignity, a second chance, and the practical tools to build a stable life. Our team brings together pastoral care, case management, community partnerships, and property operations , working together so that the people we serve never walk alone.
Pastor Lex Perry is the founder and Executive Director of C4 Impact. He provides visionary leadership, community partnerships, and organizational oversight for every dimension of the ministry. Lex oversees the physical condition of all six C4 Impact housing locations, ensuring each property is well-maintained, inspected regularly, and held to the standards that make stable living possible. He coordinates transportation for program occupants, manages the volunteer driver team, and leads the C4 Clean Team workforce development initiative, which provides structured, supervised work experience in cleanup and beautification services across Aiken County. Lex is passionate about helping others discover and develop their God-given gifts and talents, building strong relationships with community leaders, and championing C4 Impact's mission throughout Aiken County.
Tracy Perry serves as C4 Impact’s Case Manager and leads Pastoral Care for the program. Her work combines the practical structure of case management with the deeper work of soul care — because lasting stability requires both. Tracy walks alongside every occupant through weekly one-on-one sessions, helping them set goals, track progress, navigate barriers, and access the resources they need to move forward. Beyond the case management work, Tracy addresses the deeper roots of instability through biblical counseling, inner healing, and spiritual formation. She creates space for occupants to work through emotional wounds, broken thought patterns, and generational cycles, not as a separate program, but as an integrated part of how she does case management. In Tracy’s approach, the practical and the spiritual are never separated. She is not just helping people get stable. She is helping them become whole.
Diane Lenz builds and nurtures C4 Impact's relationships with volunteers, donors, churches, and community supporters. She coordinates outreach efforts, supports fundraising campaigns, and ensures that the people who invest in C4 Impact, financially and personally, feel connected to the real impact their generosity is making. Diane is the bridge between the mission and the community that makes it possible.
Volunteers, mentors, and community partners are always welcome at C4 Impact.
